On the edge of our SRWs main migratory path, near the nursery area of Sleaford Bay, is no place for disruptive, noisy, explosive rockets “ The bigger the rocket, the louder the noise”, Southern Launch CEO says. In SA we are not allowed to fly even a small drone within 300 mtrs of a whale and yet it seems a rocket launching agency can be licensed to scare our whales away from critical habitat with repeated rocket launches if the price is high enough.
